I will be teaching metalsmithing classes this fall in Phoenix, AZ. If you're interested, send me an email so I can keep you informed. The prices and supplies will be listed with the projects.

*Metalsmithing is the ancient craft of manipulating raw metals like silver, copper and gold, using hand tools and heat to create jewelry, tools or utensils. Fundamental techniques include sawing, piercing, filing, and soldering metal - which are then finished with sanding and polishing.*

Processing Time

All my jewelry is handmade with care. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before shipment. I take great care in creating and packaging each piece, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free in the continental USA unless you want faster delivery.

Destination

Shipping Method - USPS Standard Shipping is Free (Domestic)

Estimated Delivery Time - 3 to 5 Business Days

Express Shipping - Customer must pay

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

I want you to enjoy your one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry as much as I enjoy creating all my jewelry I make.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, I accept returns only on damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the original packaging (including the CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY), gift boxes or pouches.

Return with proof of purchase receipt.

NO REFUNDS will be issued - only repairs or replacement if unable to fix.

Please Note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 7 days of delivery if we are unable to repair the item. I will contact you so we can choose another piece.

Please Note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item.

Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped.

If any damaged, defective or replacement product are inspected and accepted, then it will be delivered within 7 business days
